Website pricing: included work, extra costs and payment stages

The full website project covers research, planning, design and build. Payments are split across three stages:
• £500 deposit after you approve the proposal, to begin the paid planning work and receive the planning documents.
• £250 after you approve the structure, content and design plan, before the design phase.
• £750 after the completed website review, before deployment.
The first consultation is free. I'll set out the agreed scope in your proposal so you can review it before paying the deposit. Hosting arrangements and any additional services or changes need to be agreed alongside that scope.

Request a free 15–30 minute Google Meet consultation about your existing website or plans for a first one. Share your company name, name, email, website address if you have one, desired outcome and any project limits.
Choose a time window at least one working day ahead; I’ll email within 24 hours to confirm receipt, then confirm your slot or offer alternatives and send an invite.
